Sales Order Tracking
Track your sales order delivery effortlessly with our ERP Software. Rednote ERP software will help manufacturing companies to track their production status based on their Sales Order numbers.
Procurement
Once Sales order is created by the Sales team, purchase team will run the Material Requirement Planning(MRP) to check the stock availability. They can raise the PO if stock is deficient with one click.
Production Management
After receiving the sufficient raw material for particular sales order, production department will run a production order to convert raw material into Finished Goods with unique batch/lot number.
Quality Control
To ensure the quality of the product, Rednote has quality check or inspection at the time of receiving raw material in GRN and production. Quality check supports, parameter based check and quantity based validation.
Sales
In order to complete the sales process, Finished Goods stock will be deducted whenever we raise the DC against Sales Order. Once Delivery challan is raise, Rednote allows user to generate invoice to complete the Sales Order.
Material Requirement Planning(MRP)
To procure raw material or semi finished goods, Material Requirement planning is very important. MRP helps users to check the stock availability against sale order or BOM. User can generate purchase order if the stock is deficient.
Warehouse Management
Rednote allows manufacturing companies to add infinite warehouses with shelf details. Whenever manipulating the stock, our ERP software will ask for the shelf details with unique shelf numbers.
eInvoicing
Generate eInvoice using our one click Rednote ERP software and reduce manual work. Rednote can be synchronized with government portal to generate eInvoice for those who are eligible for eInvoice.
Tally Integration
If you are using any third party accounting software such as Tally, we will help manufacturing companies to synchronize the invoice, purchase invoices, Products, client and Vendors with Tally.
